Bartle Hall

Bartle Hall - Kansas City, MO

 

The Bartle Hall Convention Center in Kansas City features a unique roof design that allows the building to span six lanes of highway and gives Bartle the largest, uninterrupted exhibit space in the U.S.  WireCo WorldGroup manufactured 56 socket assemblies, using over 14,000 feet of galvanized 3-inch cable to suspend the roof from four giant pylons.

Edward Jones Dome

WireCo WorldGroup structural components are used in the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis.  We provided wire rope and Tuf-Strand assemblies to complement the engineered design.

Opryland Atrium

Hoover Dam Bypass

While the bridge crossing the Colorado River at the Hoover Dam will be a Composite Concrete Deck Arch Bridge, the cableway required to construct the bridge was the first item spanning the river. WireCo provided a total of sixteen 3” diameter wire rope assemblies. Each assembly was approximately 450’ in length with an Open Spelter Socket attached to each end. WireCo also supplied all of the structural strand assemblies used to support the massive concrete columns required to support the cableway.
